• Fully Equipped Eat-In Kitchen: Features full-sized appliances, including a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with a microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, and utensils.
• Welcome Treats & Coffee Station: Wake up to breakfast blend ground coffee prepared in your choice of a standard drip coffee maker or a French press. We love welcoming our guests with fresh-baked cookies and snacks!
• Year-Round Climate Control: Stay perfectly comfortable with window AC units and an evaporative cooler for warm days, alongside a ventless propane gas heater and a cozy electric fireplace for chilly nights.

The baseline rental rate is for up to 2 guests utilizing 1 King bedroom and 1 bathroom.

• Need the Second Bedroom? (Up to 4 Guests): If you require both bedrooms/bathrooms, or are traveling with a party of 3 to 4 guests, you must select the "Extra King Bedroom Add-On" at checkout.
• 100% Private Stay: We never share the cabin or rent the second room to another party during your reservation. Your privacy is completely guaranteed.

We have documented 14 distinct species of hummingbirds on the property, with peak hummingbird activity blanketing the canyon from March, April, May, July, August and September. Hummingbirds are active here year round. 

Staying on-site gives you unlimited, early-bird access to our private trail system and 3 bird gardens. Our guests and visitors frequently tell us they see more birds and wildlife right here on our grounds than at the neighboring public preserve!

• The Woodlands Bird Garden: Features over 35 active bird feeders, two flowing water fountains, and plenty of relaxing seating areas.

• The Creekside Garden: Situated directly next to the peaceful banks of seasonal Ramsey Creek has plenty of feeders, 2 water features and shaded seating.

• Hummer Hill: Located on the Majestic View Trail, yellow, offering incredible sweeping vistas. Hummingbirds love this space as well as many others.

• Unmatched Biodiversity: Spot Coues whitetail deer, Gould's turkeys, and an incredible variety of bird species daily. We have documented 14 species of hummingbirds on the property, with peak hummingbird activity blanketing the canyon in March, April, May, July August and September. Our prime location serves as the ultimate base camp for exploring the premier hiking, history, and culture of Southern Arizona:

• Hike the Huachuca Mountains: We are located just a short 0.25-mile walk from the world-renowned Ramsey Canyon Preserve and the Hamburg Trailhead that links to national forest trails. (Please note: The Preserve is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.) Historic Brown Canyon Ranch is just one mile down the road, offering exceptional mountain biking and additional hiking and birding trails.
• Complimentary Trail Shuttle: Don't want to walk or drive your heavy gear to the trailheads? We are pleased to offer our guests a complimentary local shuttle service to either destination.
• Perfect Southern Arizona Day Trips: Take an easy drive to discover the wild-west history of Tombstone, the vibrant art scene of Bisbee, the breathtaking rock formations of Chiricahua National Monument, or the premier tasting rooms of Sonoita Wine Country.

Two night minimum, One night stays have an additional cleaning fee if available and you Must call to reserve. Peak season rates March 1 - May 31 and require a 3 night minimum. 2 nights only if available between bookings. Due to the documented extreme allergies of the owner/cleaners and the sensitive nature of the environment, wildlife and birds, No animals of any kind or children under 13 are allowed. ALL Day Guests must be pre-approved by management and are required to pay $10 per person daily fee and are restricted to day guest rules/hours of 7-6 daily, No Exceptions.
