To protect our delicate ecosystem, we enforce the following rules strictly:
- Adults Only: No children under the age of 13 allowed on the property at any time.
- No Animals: Absolutely no pets or animals of any kind permitted at any time.
- Fire Safety: Strictly non-smoking; no wood fires or generators allowed at any time.
- Check-In Window: Firm self check-in from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM only; no late arrivals.
- Day Visitors: Must be pre-approved; $10 fee per guest applies, no exceptions.
- Peak Season: Peak rates apply from March 1st through May 30th.

Notes
$89 per night includes 30amp electric. Self check in process, please read your check in email prior to arrival. If these sites are not available, please call to reserve sites 3 and 4. There is NO water or septic hook-ups but there is access to a clean portable restroom and potable water wash area right next to the site. Rate is for 2 adults and includes daily property access fee. $20 per additional guest per night that stays overnight in RV site. Self check-in is between 2-7PM. Absolutely no check-ins are available after 7PM out of respect for other guests and neighbors. Any and ALL guests MUST be checked in and pre approved by management Prior to showing up and are $10 each, must adhere to our Day Guest rules and are only allowed 8am-5pm daily no exceptions. Due to the sensitive nature of the environment and wildlife present on the property, NO animals, children under 13 or fires are allowed on the property at any time. There are septic dump stations at the local Valero and Circle K, or we have a local service that can come onsite and empty your gray/black tanks.
