RV/Camper Site 1

Come park your RV or camper in world renowned Ramsey Canyon! We have 9 acres to enjoy with 100+ bird feeders throughout, 3 Bird Gardens, and 4 different trails. Staying on site gives you unlimited access to our 3 Bird Gardens and property trails since the birds rise early and the night wildlife abounds. We have (4) sites in total, this is for site #1. The site includes 30AMP electric and has access to a clean shared portable restroom and outdoor hand/face washing sink with potable water. The sites are back-in and have a MAX camper/vehicle length of 24'. NO water/septic hookups. NO Generators or wood fires are allowed at anytime. Add a rental propane fire pit at check out to stay warm and cozy outside on those chilly mornings and nights! Ramsey Canyon's unique "Sky Island" environment has numerous animals and over 170 different species of birds call it home year round or during their migration. Well known as hummingbird capital of the US you can see 15 different species in the area, we have had 14 species on our property and are an eBird hotspot. You can see our latest eBird checklist here. To enhance your experience, we offer guided tours on the property that are $40 per person for 1 hour, you can add one at check out. Goulds Turkeys and Coues Whitetail deer walk the property everyday and our guests tell us they see more birds and wildlife here than they do at the Preserve! Our RV/camper sites are a short walk, 1/4 mile, to world renowned Ramsey Canyon Nature Preserve. You can access national forest trails from the preserve. There is also excellent mountain biking available at the nearby Brown Canyon Ranch Park. If there are no sites available, please call us to book site 3 and 4. Absolutely no check-ins are available after 7PM out of respect for other guests and neighbors. Please read check in email prior to arrival. Any and ALL Guests/visitors you have must be PRE APPROVED and are $10 per guest and must adhere to day guest rules and hours, no exceptions. We are a non smoking property and do not allow wood fires at anytime on the property. Peak Rates apply March 1st thru May 30th.
